THE ROLE OF UNIFIED COMMS
In this digital era, market leadership is determined by a company’s ability to recognise shifts in the market landscape and adapt to these trends faster than their competition.
As the workforce becomes more distributed and organisations go global, they need to move with speed to meet the demands of competitive pressures. Alas, most companies have yet to realise the full potential of collaboration because communication and collaboration solutions are disparate; this creates inefficiencies and frustration for the users and for IT staff that needs to secure and manage them.
In his presentation, Curtis Peterson from RingCentral will talk about why Unified Communications and collaboration matters for delivering collaboration in today’s dynamic and distributed workplace with a multi-generational workforce.
12:40 - 1:25 pm
Panel session: Tech vs the people
Joe Curtis, deputy editor of Dennis’ B2B sites will be joined by some of our great speakers from Cisco, RingCentral, Interoute and Accenture to look at collaborative success and debate how much of it is down to tech and tools vs culture, mindset and people.
Panelists: Curtis Peterson, James Knowles, Snorre Kjesbu, Rick Royston
